Bienvenue to Gout de France … an evening of fine dining in the award-winning La Fontaine Grillroom, as we remind the world of the unrivalled place of honour of French cuisine in international food. La Fontaine Grillroom is proud to be one of only 1 000 restaurants around the world invited to join in this international celebration of French cuisine and partner proudly with the French Embassy in Harare for this exciting event.

C’est magnifique … as we share the delights of a gourmet meal, complemented by exquisite French wines and a selection of French music from our entertainer and resident dinner-dance band.

Tres bien … it all happens on the evening of Thursday March 19, starting at 7pm. Diners will meet in the Can Can cocktail bar for a pre-dinner drink and then take their places in the welcoming environment of La Fontaine, for 55 years one of Harare’s finest restaurants. With dinner music – and later dance music – from our band and singer for the evening, guests will then enjoy a six-course dinner and can select fine wines from our special French wine list created specifically for this French event.
